The License Agreement allows you to reproduce individual titles from the courseware in unlimited quantities for... life!

Main Points:

• Courseware, copied under a licensing agreement, may only be used in conjunction with the normal business of the license.

• You are not allowed to re-sell for profit any courseware re-produced under the license agreement, except, where the courseware is used as an integral part of a training session, organized by the licensee, you can then charge a suitable price for the courseware.

• You are not allowed to use any part of the courseware to produce new titles of your own. 

• You are not allowed to re-package and re-sell any part of the QuickLearn™ Courseware under any circumstances.

• You are not allowed to make changes to the content or layout of the courseware without written consent.

• You are not allowed to advertise the courseware for sale.

• You are allowed to use QuickLearn in one and only one training establishment. However you are not restricted to how many PCs you install and use, or how large your premises are. If you are going to expand and open another establishment, you need to purchase another license.
