this business reach saturation point?
A)
No,
because I control the amount of people operating it and in which areas. When you
apply for your license, I'll inform if there is another trainer in your
area.

Q) Can you give me a contact name and phone number of
someone who has gone into this business and succeeded
with it, who I can contact for verification.
A) We have in
the past provided phone numbers of members for enquirers.
But we no longer do this because of the behaviour
of a minority who make nuisance calls. We do have a
list of trainers email addresses for people who wish
to hire them. These can be seen when clicking the
'Trainers Available' link on the left column. Top

What about the competition?
A) There isn't
any, the only people who can operate this business
are the people who have purchased my package- without
it no one can! Once I have reached my target of trainers,
this offer will then be withdrawn. Top

Do I need an office?
A) No. This business
can be started at home. Top

A) Yes. Apart
from a computer, you will need a binder to bind the
manuals, although if you were really short of cash,
you could use plastic strips to hold the pages of
the manuals together. You will also need a printer,

A) I am working
on courseware all the time and will always bring out
new titles according to specific requests and the
emergence of new applications. Once you have purchase
the Office training material you will be notified
in due course. Also there is a special "members
only" newsletter which is sent out to you trainers.

What exactly does a courseware license
entitle me to?
A) First off,
I own the courseware. To be able to keep selling it
- I cannot sell you ownership. That means I license
you to use the courseware in conjunction with the
IT training you provide. You, or your agents, must
not sell the CD-ROM that the courseware is supplied
on, nor the files contained. The courseware should
only be supplied in conjunction with sold training.
On the actual course manuals and course specification,
you may add your logos, graphics and your company
information on the front cover. My copyright must
remain on the inside page. Top

What if I really want to change
the courseware to fit in with our operations?
A) If you need
to completely re-format and change the manuals I will
allow you to do so. But only if you accept my written
condition that you must refrain from direct sales
of the hybrid manual(s) constructed from recognizable
parts of mine ( as per general copyright law). In
other words, you cannot enter into competition with
me using items made from mine. Which I think is fair
enough. Note: This agreement still protects the "Read
only" files on the supplied CD-ROM. That is to
say - you cannot sell the CD-ROM or files contained.

Can I print out the course manuals at will?

What am I prohibited from doing
with the courseware?
A) You must not
re-sell copies of the courseware - electronic or hard
copies. Hard copies must ONLY be provided in connection
with the IT training provision that you sell. Top

What do I need to deliver the IT
courses?
A) Just the courseware
(course manuals and course data files) and a trainer
- which will be you. Top

What does the standard license entitle me to do?
A) Store the courseware
and other items electronically, print and provide
hard copies as part of your IT training services and

What if I find a mistake on some
courseware?
A) This is virtually
impossible. Everything that is sent to you is already
being used to run my business, therefore I would be
the first to know if there was a problem, and I certainly
wouldn't send anything to you that has not been extensively

What if I need other courses?
A) I am working
on new courses all the time and will upgrade current
courses as fast as I can. You will be able to purchase
upgrades or special courses from me when they have
been thoroughly tested. I will contact you, or you
will be notified in my newsletter. Top

Do I have to buy a course to receive your newsletters?
A) This was a
yes! But as there is going to be a Members area of
the Web site, the newsletter is now available to those
that get to the end of the Web site! Top

Why is there a USA version and a
UK version in the courseware?
A) All my training
is done in London therefore the spelling and currency
data is UK English. The spelling and currency data
has to be different for each country. If you're and
American and would like to come to the UK you would
use the UK version. If you're a Brit and want to go
to the USA, you would use the USA version. Top

Can I send a computer problem question
to you?
A) Anyone can
read the techfaq page for answers to PC problems.
But if you want a specific question answered, that
is not included, you have to be a member of this computer
trainers club. Which means that you have to purchase
at least one trainers pack. Top

What happens if somebody orders
the courseware in the same area as me?
A) I will definitely
not sell any courseware that will result in you competing
with a fellow trainer. If there is an order placed,
that is within a 20 mile radius of a fellow trainer,
I will contact the existing trainer to see if there
is any objection. If there is, I will not allow the
sale of the courseware to go through. Top

I want to bring on a partner for
back up, what is the fee for a 2nd license? Lastly,
once I pay online, does this include everything mentioned?
A) If your friend
is working in the same company and area as you, then
you don't need a second license. A trainer usually
only has a second license if he is opening a second
training center. Once you pay online, the three CDs
are sent to you by UPS. Yes it includes everything.

Q)
My colleague wants to do this with me and will need
her own set of CD's. To be specific, we're both in
*****, just North and South. However, if she has an
office in her home, is that a 2nd location? We plan
to train only in homes/offices.
A) If another
person makes an order for a training pack, and that
person is in your immediate area ( your area is approx
25 mile radius ), I have to get in touch with you,
to inform you that another trainer would like to operate
the business 20 miles away from you and whether it's
agreeable with you. If you say no, then we don't sell
the license to that person. So, if your colleague
is going to operate this business in another area
it make things a bit tricky! Because if someone orders
a training pack on the south side area of *****, or
even just outside the south of *****, we would probably
sell the training pack to them, because we don't have
a record for any trainer in that area. If you think
